You can Call us or email us to schedule your telehealth visit.
 

You will receive an email response with a telehealth consent form. Please sign the form and return it via email.
 

You will receive a text or a call back to confirm your appointment. A login link for your visit will be emailed to you.
 

You can use your phone or computer with a microphone and camera for the visit.
Please log into the therapist waiting room with the link provided a few minutes before your appointment.
 

The therapist will join you at your appointment time. You will be able to see the therapist on the screen and they can see you. All will be done under a secure link, so your information/session is kept private. 
 

At Avant, we will review your progress and any problems you may be experiencing. You will receive guidance through the exercises and make the recommendations necessary just as if you were with us in the clinic.
